My name is Skip Jennings, ALSP and I am an inspirational, motivation speaker from Los Angeles, California. I am also a fitness coach, spiritual life counselor, and holistic healer. As part of my inspirational speaking events, I oftentimes incorporate a meditation workshop or group fitness exercise into the program. It is my goal to inspire others to live out their lives to the best of their abilities.
