• Spirit Explosion: A Time for God, Love, and Transformation Share the personal journey I took in my awareness with God. Allow my journey to inspire your own reconnection with a higher power. My spiritual enlightenment is documented through affirmations to God, art work, and poetry documenting my personal experiences.   "New Tribe of Truth" #26
  (The Agape International Spiritual Center)
  I have found a new tribe of truth
  A Clan full of love, joy, power and peace
  An awareness of "connection" that I never knew existed
  Not related through DNA but bound by a love much deeper than any bloodline
  This spirit connection flows so powerful
  That we all were drawn to this sacred place, this righteous community
  We all had different reasons for our journey to Zion
  But we made the voyage with the same energy
  Some of us needed a hospice to lay down our weary souls
  The pain was too deep to bear
  Release was all we wanted
  Some of us just wanted to go deeper to a level we knew existed but could not articulate
  Some of us were looking to receive love
  But, instead found love to give
  Some of us just wanted to sing and shout Hallelujah
  But, learned to be quiet, to hear God's voice
  Some of us wanted to find "like-minded" allies
  We knew what we were against
  But, now we understand, what we are for
  All of us came with open hearts to find ourselves
  But, all we had to do was remember
  We arrived at this "tribe of truth" to find amazing wonders
  In this place, we found mystics, transcending to a higher place of understanding and achievement
  We witnessed a graduation to a higher calling of life, prayer and healing
  We watch as a procession of joy, filled with spirit, and chanting that ushered our family members to their rightful appointments as teachers, practitioners, ministers and elders
  We listen to a warrior, who had returned home to sing about her journey. Her pilgrimage was known as "Child above the Sun" We celebrated two little girls and their lives thus far
  We blessed them and took the charge to raise these children as our own
  We shouted; "They belong to our tribe, we will guide and protect them as they teach us how to live."
  We blessed a union of God, a man and a woman
  We committed ourselves to rejoice in their togetherness as their love grew
  Then we sent them out to share God's love
  These are some of the stories of our lives
  These are the truths of our tribe
  This is the never-ending growth of God's love
  New stories, with the same spirit, ever unfolding
  This is grace in action
  Not a church, mosque or a temple
  A Center
  A community
  A "New Tribe of Truth" blessed with the assurance that we are finally home

• Affirmation #26 I am a child of God and my life is the life of Spirit. I am a member of the incredible family of God and my life is full of love. I am powerful, strong and a wonderful expression of the Most High. I am one with the One and I am at home wherever I am. And so it is.
  
  Journal Exercise #26 Think about the place you call home. Think of the good attributes of your family, friends, and loved ones. Create a poem about all the wonderful attributes that make up your family and your home. Read the poem out loud to yourself and others. Because you are blessed, be grateful for the love, and bask in the positive energy.

  Meditative Thought: Everyday, we are inundated with bad news, war, and rumors of war, and sickness. You might ask yourself, "Where is the light, in this world of darkness?" The light is you! We are here on this planet to shine the light. Allow your light to shine everywhere you go.
  
  Affirmation: Just for today, I am the light that shines so bright. And so I am.
