Mission Statement: My intention for this gathering of souls is to elevate and empower the Spiritual Master within. Through mind, body and spirit development, we will embrace our authentic self and by incorporating physical, mental, and spiritual fitness, we will gain a sense of wholeness. Personal enlightenment and healing are the purpose of this retreat.

Spiritual Retreat Overview

The purpose of my spiritual retreat is to engage you in a variety of different activities based on meditation, affirmations, and exercise in order to work the body, mind and spirit as one. Through the daily morning session, you will begin each day with an absolute mind, body, and spirit connection by incorporating affirmations, meditation, stretching exercises, and some form of breath/movement exercise. In each afternoon gathering you will explore ways to enhance your overall physical wellbeing through resistance training, nature walks, dance therapy, games, and breath/movement exercises. The evening sessions will focus on your mental and spiritual potential, encouraging you to find your inner strengths and develop them so that you may discover your true self. You will learn how to build your personal and professional relationships and discover the best way to motivate yourself in your career. You will also be able to enlighten your personal life in order to more fully enjoy your authentic self.

Releasing the Old to Receive the New

In the opening ceremony of the Spirit Explosion Retreat, it is important to let go of negative thought patterns that are holding you back from a true healing. You will be able to do this while declaring your intentions of discovering your authentic self.

Welcoming the New Master

This retreat marks the beginning of your new life. You will be encouraged to reflect on the evolution and enlightenment that has taken place through the spiritual retreat. You will also have the opportunity to declare your intentions for the continuation of your renewed life journey. You can welcome the Empowered Master that was always inside, waiting to be free.
