DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Celebrating Light – Day 10 “The I AM, the Light, and Love “
Meditative Thought: No matter what you call your higher self, it is all the same. Some call it, Love or God, and some call it, Light. Whatever you name it, it is your higher self; the highest vibration that transcends this human plane of existence. The Light is an impersonal being that really has no name. The bible says that God is the I AM. The I AM speaks more of the existence of God than trying to name it. Be free to experience the presence of God. Connect with the Universal Flow and then you will know that the I AM is what I am.
Spiritual Assignment: Today, be still and know the I AM. During meditation, take deep breaths and know the power of the Light. Fall deep into the Love of God each moment you are in the stillness. Be present to the Light that is your life.
Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, I AM is the I AM that I AM. Amen.
