DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  31 Days of Self-Awareness – Day 5 “”Filling the Hole”

Meditative Thought: What do you do to make yourself feel better? What do you do to fill up that hole? The feeling of not being good enough, or not having the right house, or not wearing the right clothes, or not having the right mate, is lack and limitation consciousness. We try to fill up the hole with things, we use drugs, shopping, and sex to make ourselves feel something, or not to feel something at all. In my experience, it is about awareness. When we focus on our oneness with God, we will know that we are everything we need. We must fill up that hole with God, and spiritual consciousness. Then there will come a deeper awakening; there were never any holes in the first place.  We are absolutely perfect in the mind of God.

Your Spiritual Assignment:  Today, contemplate yourself as a whole and complete individual; nothing is missing.  Create your mantra that anchors this way of being.  Create an affirmation that speaks the truth of your life.  It could use words like, “I am whole and complete in God,” or “There is nothing missing in my life.”

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, I am rich and vital and alive with the power of God! I choose to tap into the divine source that shifts this planet. And so it is. Amen
