DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS: 31 Days of Empowerment – Day 30 “The Conflict”
Meditative Thought: When we hold unity consciousness—that everyone is the same spirit, expressing it uniquely—conflict and confrontation is minimal. Conflict and confrontation happens when our ego tries to protect us by keeping us separate. The solution to any conflict is returning to what is real: our connection. This awareness allows whatever argument, disagreement, and/or hurt to dissolve into God. Our willingness to release and allow conflict to fade into oneness requires a power greater than ourselves. Only a divine empowerment can give us the strength to move past disagreement. Sometimes this is a challenge; it is not easy, but with the grace we are empowered. Unity consciousness is a practice; we can choose to react in our confrontation or interact with Love. We can release the lie, and embrace God.
Today’s Spiritual Assignment: Today, move through your day with the power to choose. Do not make a decision without acknowledging, “I have the power to choose.”
Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, I release confrontation and embrace God. And so it is. Amen
