DAILY TRANSFORMATIONAL NUGGETS FOR THE BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT: Transformation – Day 5 – “Starting With Me”

Today’s Body Connection:  Every body-temple transformation begins and ends with you.  Transformation is something that can only be achieved by recognizing that you are the one who has to do it. We can hire a personal trainer or a life coach to help us get on track and keep us accountable, but, ultimately, we must be willing to do the work.  Today, decide what you are willing to commit to.  Take baby steps; do something you can handle.  Take a walk, or a beginner yoga class.  We must crawl before we can walk, but we must be willing to go down the path.  Only you can give yourself permission to be okay.

Today’s Meditative Thought: If we are looking to transform our surroundings, we must begin to transform ourselves.  The only thing that we need to change is our perception of the situation.  Release attachment to an outcome of changing anything but how we see the situation.

Today’s Action Plan:  Today, ask for divine insight to see things as they truly are; then and only then will you find the answer. Today is a great day to take a walking meditation.  Get outside and be inspired to life your life full out.

Today’s Affirmation:  Just for this moment… just for this breath, I surrender all my negative thoughts and give way to the God spirit within.
