DAILY TRANSFORMATIONAL NUGGETS FOR THE BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT: Transformation – Day 12 – “Let Go”

Today’s Body Connection:  Transforming your body means letting go mentally, physically, and spiritually.  We let go of the thinking that we are not worth being healthy and whole.  We let go of the idea that we can’t have it all.  We let go of low vibrational habits that, in truth, are killing us.  We release eating practices that no longer serve the intention to experience life to the fullest.  When transformation is the force, sedentary lifestyles are out the door.  Compromising our bodies with inactivity is no longer our story.  It time to let go of everything that stands in the way of our greatness.  Release the blocks and let go of the limitations you are holding on to.  Create an opening for transformation to happen.

Today’s Meditative Thought: Transformation requires the release of the stuff.  Think about the word “stuff.”  It carries a vibration of overcrowding.  To get more stuff or things, we are forced to squeeze the new acquisition in with the stuff we already have.  A transformation in our lives requires an open space.  Release the stuff that is no longer serving you and make space for transformation.

Today’s Action Plan:  Today, let go of the stuff and embrace the open spaces.  During your time of physical practice, envision yourself letting go of your spiritual baggage and becoming lighter.  As you physically work out, mentally and spiritually connect.

Today’s Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, I let go of the stuff and embrace the open spaces of God.  And so it is.  Amen
