Today’s Body Connection:  During your workouts it is important to remember your drive.  What is your intention?  What are your goals?  Your focus will get you through your hard training session and it will keep you on track.  Take time to write your goals down in a journal.  Before your training session, check in and remind yourself why you are doing what you are doing.  Periodically, during the workout check in with your intention.  When your workout reaches the challenging segments, declare your intentions; create a mantra that will keep your drive alive.

Today’s Meditative Thought: Remember your drive, what is inspiring you to transform your life?  What is the intention for your transformation?  Intention means to stretch and be bigger, be more.  What are you stretching to become?  When setting the intention for your transformation, know what it is you want to become, and then look inside to find it within.  Your intention must come from within your being.  There is nothing to become; only the realization that you already are.


Today’s Action Plan:  Today, set the intention to realize your greatness.  As you enter into your physical practice, set the intention to know your greatness.


Today’s Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, I am more than I thought I could ever be, and that is greatness.  And so it is.  Amen
