DAILY SPIRITUAL NUGGETS:  30 Days of Faith, Hope, Prayer, and Gratitude – Day 28 “Your Journey”Today’s Body Connection:  See your training as a journey with no destination.  This is a path that must be taken for the rest of your human existence.  Health and fitness is a way of life, a conscious approach to living.  We get to travel this path with an intention to be the best we can be.  This is our passage we have said yes to, so it time to get moving.

Meditative Thought:  Your growth is a journey without a destination.  Pray for your expansion as you explore your relationship with God.  Every step is filled with divine blessings.  We have the opportunity to see God every step of the way.  We can pray for divine presence to reveal itself in all things.  Every moment of our journey is blessed and filled with “ah-ha” moments.  The more we pray, the more we are aware of our connection to the Universe and the lessons of the Journey.  Pray for the revelations to be known.

Today’s Action Plan:  Today, examine your journey and see the growth that has come forth.  Take the time to journal all of your insights.

Affirmation:  Just for this moment…just for this breath, my journey is blessed with the divine and empowered with God’s presence.  And so it is.  Amen
