DAILY TRANSFORMATIONAL NUGGETS FOR THE BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT: 31 Days of Celebrating Light – Day 24 “Light Knows Only Light”
Today’s Body Connection: Increasing the intensity of your workout can be done in different ways: through speed, range of motion, and power. When we increase our physical activity, it is to be more; therefore the intention is to shine more light. Today, increase your effort and feel your light shining brighter.
Today’s Meditative Thought: The Light only knows itself. The absolute power of God is divine qualities of love, joy, peace, oneness, and abundance, and it is a single power. There is no opposite of the Universal presence. This evil that man chooses to participate in is the forgetfulness of the human condition. We must be willing to recognize the absolute oneness of God. When we see Spirit as good or evil or as a duality in our existence, we open ourselves up to believing in the power of lack, limitation, disease, death, and other human experiences. In this plane of existence there are all these challenges, but it is the belief in these challenges that gives them power. God is only its absolute self. Believe in the One Power, the One Mind, and the One Presence that is the Light.
Today’s Action Plan: Today, tap into the Absolute. Open your heart to experience the true qualities of God. Take a moment to meditate on the power of God that is the One.
Today’s Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, there is only the absolute presence of God that lives within me. My life is the life of the Light and I allow it to shine bigger and brighter than ever before. Amen
