DAILY TRANSFORMATIONAL NUGGETS FOR THE BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT: 31 Days of Celebrating Light – Day 28 “The Light That Brings Innovation”
Today’s Body Connection: Working opposite muscle groups is a must. If you work the front, you must train the back. The body-temple craves balance. In yoga, the intention is to work in a way that you feel the balance that is within you. There is an invocation and an invitation that allows you to know the inner self is balance and anchored. The light will show ways of training the body so that you may find the balance you seek. Go within your soul to design your blueprint for physical, mental and spiritual success.
Today’s Meditative Thought: The Light is an expansive presence that is expressing itself in new and inventive ways. Yes, the spirit of God is the same today, yesterday, and tomorrow, but the real truth is that God is only in the now moment, wanting to show up as each and every one of us uniquely. Our calling is to express this Light in new and innovative ways. We have the spirit of creativity within our souls longing to be free and unleashed. It is time to go within and ask, “How can I show up as God today? What innovative ways can I express God in this moment?” The power of the Light is within you; it’s time to allow it to shine.
Today’s Action Plan: Today, allow God to expand as you. Be open to new and innovative ways that the Spirit of God can show up as you. Before you move, take a breath, go within, and ask what is the right Divine action in this moment. Be still and listen; you will receive the answer.
Today’s Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, I am one with the innovative Spirit of God. The Light shows up in new and dynamic ways to bless my life and the lives of others. And so it is. Amen
