Here is my heartfelt advice on how to keep your spiritual wellness raised up during these crazy and uncertain times.

The  Corona Virus pandemic causing COVID 19 has caused widespread concerns, stress, and anxiety.   It also impacted our mental health.  To help manage the chaos and disruption caused by the pandemic,  we need to keep our immune system healthy.

Our immune system does a remarkable job in defending our body against disease -causing micro-organisms.  To function well, it requires balance and harmony not only in a physical sense, but also from a spiritual standpoint.

Spiritual wellness is an important part of our overall well-being.  It gives us a sense of purpose and meaning in life by having a set of values and guiding principles.   It connects us to something greater and higher than ourselves.  By meditating, calm and inner peace can be restored .Meditation trains the mind to focus and re-direct our thoughts to something positive— towards the light at the end of the tunnel.

Finally, how can we help and give back to our neighbors and community during the pandemic crisis?   While volunteering is good for those in need, the giver also benefits on generosity.  It gives us a sense of pride and identity.  The more you feel good about yourself, the more likely you will have a positive outlook and better physical and mental well-being.
