Seasonal allergies can make you miserable.  I should know  because I have dealt with  it all my life. There are essential properties found in a variety of fruits and vegetables which moderate histamine production and release, such as leafy green vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, and spring onions.  Citrus fruits  high in vitamin C (especially lemons) are extremely good for boosting immune response and preventing the symptoms of seasonal allergies.
